Prayer: You are a God of restoration. Your searching gaze goes
forth in full pursuit, looking for those whose withering souls
grope in darkness. Though they reach for what cannot satisfy,
your mercy rushes in. The smoldering flames of once-impas-
sioned hearts draw you like a bee to honey. You will restore
those with only the faintest flicker of hope.
Gently turn the faces of those who have lost their way, so
they can see you once again. Rise in their midst and appear
before them. Bathe the weary souls with your Spirit. Reignite
the flames of passion that once burned bright. Heal them, for
they have fallen prey to the enemy’s schemes.
In you, the weak are not disqualified nor despised. Instead,
you lift them up with unrelenting mercy. Your zealous devo-
tion will never fail. Your faithful love will find a way.
